Save/Import Backup File

Saving Your Backup File Manually

  1. Go to the menu.

  2. Click the button that says Save Backup Files

  3. A file called backup.fmp12 will be saved to your YuleLog folder. It is recommended that you frequently make a copy of this file and put it somewhere safe, like a USB Flash Drive or a Cloud service like .

Automatic Backup Feature

Importing Backup File

The YuleLog backup file is called backup.fmp12. In order to import your backup file into your program, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Restore from Backup Files button

  2. Drag your backup.fmp12 file to the container box (see screenshot below)

  3. After you have dragged the file to the container, click the Import Backup File button

YuleLog will prompt you to save a copy of your backup file when closing the program. A window will pop up asking if you want to save a copy of your backup file. It is recommended that you frequently make a copy of this file and put it somewhere safe, like a USB Flash Drive or a Cloud service like .
