# Item Estimated Worth

An item's **estimated worth** is just that, an estimate. An item's estimated worth is based on the YuleLog Price Guide <mark style="color:purple;">Mint In Box</mark> <mark style="color:purple;">Average Price Field</mark> and the <mark style="color:purple;">Condition</mark> Field. YuleLog calculates this value based on the following rules of thumb for typical Market Prices:

### **Signed Items**

If an item is **signed by the artist(s)**, a multiplier of **0.25 (25%)** is added to the estimated worth.&#x20;

For example, here is the calculation for the **estimated worth** of a **signed** item **Never Removed From Box**, whose **MIB Average Price** is $100.

> **Signed Multiplier**

> $105.00 + ($105.00 \* 0.25) = $131.25

> **Total Estimated Worth = $131.25**
