How to view and find items in your collection

The Collection screen is where you can view and search for items in your collection. There are several different ways to find a particular item or group of items in your collection:

• The Search Box lets you type search criteria, like Name, Box Number, and Keyword

• Filters lets you narrow down search results or to find a particular group of items.

You can search for items in your collection by a number of different criteria:

• Box Number

• Name

• Keywords

• Artist

• Series

Filters

You can filter your collection by many different fields as well:

• Year

• Series

• Artist

• Location

  • Display Location

  • Purchase Location

  • Storage Location
